Once you have selected your invitation style, we can start to look at how you can incorporate that design into your matching accessories. Write down a list of all the little extras that you may like. Divide your list into 'Must Have' and 'Wish List'. A talented Stationery designer will be able to show how you can have all the accessories you want and still come in under budget. Remember, you can combine some items to help maintain your budget, and not go with out.

CEREMONY BOOKLETS - An essential keepsake, ceremony booklets are both functional and romantic. Let guests follow your ceremony, and include your vows, romantic poetry and any songs or hymns that your guest may need to know. Each Ceremony Booklet comes in a choice of paper or card cover and is bound with a beautiful satin ribbon. Inserts are 60c each and are printed in matching fonts. (A $15 set up fee for text is applicable).

MENUS - Selecting the scrumptious food to put on the menu is oly half the fun! Presenting the menu, is the next best part. There are many ways to present your menu for your guests. You can give your guests a small personalised menu that is folded up elegantly in their napkins or you may like to provide a table menu. Generally you should allow 2-3 menus per table of ten guests. Make sure you include a Beverages list too. If you have space, you may also like to consider including an 'Order of Events'. This is particularly helpful to parents who have young children at the Reception. They will know when the last formality of the evening is and when it will safe to take their children home.

SEATING CHARTS - A Seating Chart is a very important feature of your Reception. It is the first taste of what a guest can expect to see inside and it tells the guest where to sit! PrimaDonna Seating Charts always include a welcome message, so your guests know which Reception they are at. Our large Seating Charts are made on a lightweight foam core board. This allows them to be pinned to an easel or stand up right.
